The first jam I ever took to the Farmers Market and still a huge favorite. Delicious on scones for breakfast or over ice cream and/or pound cake for a simple dessert. We use local rhubarb as well as all that we grow at Vista D’oro, not nearly enough! We also use whole vanilla beans. simple... but good!

Ingredients:
Rhubarb, Sugar, Vanilla Beans, Lemon Juice

Raspberry & Merlot with Peppercorns

Raspberry Merlot & Peppercorn – Made with berries from our favorite berry farmer – Krause Berry Farm, our own Merlot and peppercorns that are crushed with a mortar and pestle (good bicep workout!) Delicious with a simple chocolate wafer, also makes a delicious vinaigrette. Patrick goops it on toast with peanut butter, sorry I just can’t recommend that pairing…It is however perfect with goat cheese, fresh or ripened.
